Description

With the color of the sky that illuminates our land, the first sparkling blue wine emerges from the heart of Condado. The golden glow of the sun that tints our Zalema grape turns a clean, crystalline blue with the help of natural pigments. A different kind of must, with a soft, pleasant flavor, with all the character of the Doñana.

Variety: Zalema.

Tasting notes:
Color: An eye-catching brilliant and clean, clear blue.
Nose: Very fruity aroma that recalls mango, peach skin and apple, with a floral character.
Mouth: Highly expressive, well balanced, flavorful, fresh and very drinkable. Very smooth and pleasant attack due to its high acidity.

Pairing: Recommended for white fish and seafood, also alone, as an aperitif, where it fully expresses its personality.
Serve at  5º C.

Volume: 75cl.
Alcohol content: Approx. 5.5%.
